The course is taught by expert Hoang Manh Duc with many years of practical and teaching experience at BKCAD and expert Chu Van Thanh, with over 10 years of deploying IT systems of enterprises.

Although the training sessions are held on weekends, but all SmallNET technicians actively and fully involved. The training content is useful not only for experienced technicians but also for new ones of SmallNET to quickly update their knowledge to be ready to support customers with the best performance.
