Center for Social Work of Thai Nguyen province, directly under Thai Nguyen Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. In 2015 Center Directorate-oriented implementation of emergency assistance activities, as well as advice and assistance to provide information for vulnerable and in need of protection people in society.

To meet the requirements given by the Center’s leaders, with 15 years of operating experience in the field of IT and telecom system, SmallNET has been selected as the partner to deploy Call Center solutions .

SmallNET technicians have build up the system, design the SQL  database  and setup , customize Asterisk IP PBX sytem   to  provide following functions.

• Call management and identification
• Supervision of telephone agents
• Phone blocker feature to joke
• Report export feature
• Call in/out recording
• Other functions 

Until now, Thai Nguyen Call Center system has been operating very well. The management of the Center is very pleased as SmallNET has designed and implemented the project very quickly, fulfil the urgent needs of the work. Thai Nguyen Social Work Center also committed to continue cooperate with SmallNET as a trustful partner in implementing IT solutions in the future.
